1. J-Euphoria will NOT be held responsible for lost/damaged normal mails. Registered postage is encouraged if you do not want to take risks! Refunds will not be made on lost mails.

2. Prices are fixed/non-negotiable.

Upon confirmation of an item you wish to purchase,

1. Drop us an email at sales.jeuphoria@gmail.com .

    This should include the ITEM you are interested in & your NAME.

2. Orders are based on first-email-first-served basis. 

Please email us a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt from the ATM as proof of payment.

Interbank transfer would require 2-3working days to process. We will get back to you as soon as we receive payment.

Payments are to be made within 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email. Failure to comply will result as a deadbuyer, where you will not get priority for future purchases!

Upon receiving payment, we will mail out your parcel on the next working day. Working days are Mondays-Fridays.

1. All prices are exclusive of postage.

2. Postage prices vary depending on the weight of the parcel. Normal postage starts from $1.50.

3. Registered mail is encouraged as it only costs $2.24 more on top of normal postage.

4. Self collection can be done at Blk 250 Tampines. Advanced notice should be given.

There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective or the wrong item has been mailed out.

Item has to be returned unworn/unwashed and in a brand new condition.

Returns/exchanges are to be made with 14days from despatched date.

In the event that the item is Out of Stock (OOS), a full refund will be made within 2 working days.

Returns/exchanges are all on a case by case basis. J-Euphoria reserves the rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
